Hello! We are Bryan and Sarah!

The first words we want you to hear from us are, "Thank you!". We cannot imagine how you must be feeling, but we honor and respect the love that you have put into this decision for you and your child. We are excited about becoming parents and hope that we can come together to provide a safe and loving home for your child.

Thank you for taking some time to get to know us. We would love an ongoing relationship and communication with you and your family, however you feel comfortable, and we look forward to getting to know you more!

About

Bryan and Sarah met at a Kennesaw State University hockey game and quickly became each other's biggest fans!

We have bonded over our love of food, sports, and adventure. We relish a chance to cook together, travel, or explore the food and culture of Atlanta, Georgia. When we are not adventuring, we enjoy hanging out with our friends and family, or taking our rescue dogs, Riley and Brandy, on a walk through our neighborhood park.

Sarah loves to take care of others, whether it is hosting friends and family or snuggling babies in the church nursery. She also loves the zoo and will dazzle our child with a never-ending supply of fun facts.

Bryan loves to be involved in his community! Whether that is through being with loved ones, exploring our city, through his job as a high school teacher, or volunteering as a small group leader, and at a food bank. He is a great planner, making sure to build in a sense of adventure everywhere we go!

We cannot wait to bring a child into our family and share in all of these adventures with them!

What does open adoption look like to us?

Open adoption looks like expanding our idea of family to do what is best for our child. It means growing our family to include our adoptive child as well as their birth family. It is open communication in whatever form that works best for all involved.

Never above you, never below you, always beside you.
— Walter Winchell

Family and friends

We are lucky to be supported by an amazing network of friends and family!

Sarah is the middle child in a family of 3 kids. Sarah's parents (Keith and Robin), and sister (Liz) live near Nashville, Tennessee and Sarah's brother (David) and sister-in-law (Anna) live in Chicago, Illinois. Bryan is the oldest of 4 kids. Bryan's two younger brothers (Christian and Daniel) live in Atlanta, Georgia; while the youngest sister (Emily) is currently in Saint Louis, Missouri. His parents (Tom and Diane), live in Brandon, Mississippi. We love to visit with family and spend most of our time together playing cards, having virtual game nights, and cooking together. This would be the first neice/nephew or grandchild for both of our families and they are so excited!

We also have a great group of friends and co-workers who help to keep life fun and support us! We both have a few friends from college that we enjoy keeping up with, and love to share life with our church small group. Our co-workers keep us grounded and we enjoy doing the day-to-day with such a diverse group!
